By accessing or using StoreBurq's website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
StoreBurq is a global e-commerce marketplace that connects buyers with sellers from around the world. We provide a platform for users to discover, browse, and purchase products from international suppliers. StoreBurq acts as an intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Types
- Buyer Accounts: For customers who wish to purchase products on our platform.
- Seller Accounts: For merchants and suppliers who wish to sell products on our platform. Additional verification and approval required.
4. Buying and Selling
4.1 Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of their product listings. All products must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in the currency selected by the user. StoreBurq processes payments securely through trusted payment gateways. We are not responsible for currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.3 Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times and costs are provided by sellers. StoreBurq is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or other factors beyond our control.
4.4 Returns and Refunds
Each seller has their own return policy. Please review the seller's return policy before making a purchase. StoreBurq may facilitate dispute resolution but is not responsible for refunds.
5. Seller Terms
5.1 Merchant Application
Sellers must submit an application and provide legal documentation for verification. StoreBurq reserves the right to approve or reject any merchant application.
5.2 Commission Fees
Sellers agree to pay a commission fee on each successful sale. The commission rate is specified in your merchant agreement and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Payouts
Payouts are processed monthly, subject to minimum payout thresholds. Sellers are responsible for providing accurate banking information.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Sell counterfeit or illegal products
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Harvest or collect user information without consent
- Use the Service for any unauthorized commercial purpose
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by StoreBurq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. User Content
By posting content on StoreBurq, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. STOREBURQ DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STOREBURQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StoreBurq harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Oman/Maskut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
