StoreBurq takes product authenticity seriously:

  • We offer buyer protection on all purchases
Can I save items for later?

Yes! You can add items to your wishlist by clicking the heart icon on any product. Items in your wishlist will be saved for future reference, and you'll be notified if the price drops.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by seller and destination:

  • Domestic shipping: 3-7 business days
  • International shipping: 10-20 business days
  • Each product listing shows the estimated delivery time
  • Express shipping options may be available from some sellers

You can track your order status from your Orders page.

How can I track my order?

To track your order:

  1. Log into your StoreBurq account
  2. Go to "My Orders" in your account menu
  3. Find your order and click "Track Order"
  4. You'll see the current status and tracking number if available

You'll also receive email updates when your order status changes.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel an order as long as it hasn't been processed yet:

  • Go to "My Orders" in your account
  • Find the order you want to cancel
  • Click "Cancel Order" if the option is available
  • Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled

For changes to an order, please contact customer support.

What payment methods do you accept?

To become a seller on StoreBurq:

  1. Click "Sell on StoreBurq" in the navigation menu
  2. Fill out the merchant application form
  3. Submit your business documents for verification
  4. Wait for approval (usually 3-5 business days)
  5. Once approved, you can start listing products
What are the fees for selling?

Seller fees:

  • Commission fee: 10% of each sale
  • Listing fee: Free to list products
  • Payment processing fee: Standard payment gateway fees apply
  • No monthly subscription fees

Commission is only charged when an item sells.

When do I get paid?

Payout schedule:

  • Funds become available after order delivery confirmation
  • Payouts are processed monthly
  • Minimum payout amount: $50
  • Payments are sent to your registered bank account
  • You can track your earnings in the Merchant Dashboard
